   • We encourage our valued customers to report any complaints regarding sour milk within 2 hours from the time of delivery. If reported within this time frame, we will arrange for a re-delivery of the milk to ensure you receive a fresh product.

2. Quality Assurance:

   • If a complaint is received after the initial 2-hour window, we will conduct further investigation. We require multiple customers to report sour milk on the same day to determine if the issue is related to our handling of the milk. This ensures transparency and accountability in maintaining our high standards.

3. Best Handling Practices:

   • To preserve the freshness of your milk, we recommend the following best practices:

     • Collect your milk promptly upon delivery and store it in a cool environment.

     • Boil the milk or refrigerate it at temperatures below 8 degrees Celsius to prolong its shelf life.

     • Ensure all vessels and hands are clean before handling the milk to prevent contamination.

4. Timely Consumption:

   • Avoid leaving the milk outside for extended periods to prevent spoilage. Promptly refrigerate or consume the milk to enjoy its freshness to the fullest.

5. Re-Delivery and Customer Support:

   • If a complaint is received before 2 hours from delivery of milk and our delivery team is still available, we will arrange for a re-delivery of the milk.

   • If the complaint is received before 2 hours from delivery of milk but after our delivery team has left for the day, we will skip the day in our manual registry. For customers using our app, we will provide specific instructions on further action.
